Monthly Maintenance Agreement
Business:
$120 a month per computer under a service agreement which includes the COMSYS Remote Monitoring agent and one hour of billable services each month if needed.No rollover. Cancel at anytime (will cancel at end of pre-paid month)
After the one hour of billable time under agreement we bill using the Time and Material rates.
we offer the following discounts which may be combined:

Home:

Time & Material Rates – (Outside Service Agreement or No Service Agreement)
Remotely Connect to your computer*:
$60 minimum up to the first 30 minutes, after the 30 minutes we bill by minute increments (45 minutes would be $60+ $15 = $75)
* Most work can be done remotely
Onsite Work:
$120 /hr - one hour minimum. After one hour we bill by the minute increments (1 hour 12 minutes would be $120+ $12 = $132)
